Can you believe that we're already halfway through December?! It's been crazy hectic at work so I apologize for the lack of posts lately (I am working on them, I swear!). I promise once Christmas is over I'll be back to posting regularly. In the meantime, I figured a casual TBR post is long overdue.

So originally I was going to do a 'Winter TBR' but the number of books I had set aside for that post was so ridiculous that I decided to split them up into a monthly thing. Now onto the books!

Two of these books, The Girl In The Tower by Katherine Arden and Endurance by Scott Kelly will  (hopefully) both have their own review later this month. The first I already finished, and let me tell you, it was absolutely wonderful. Katherine Arden's writing is simply magical and I'm glad it was released during the winter because reading it in my cozy book corner was perfect.

I'm also freaking ecstatic to have won an ARC of Children Of Blood And Bone by Tomi Adeyemi from Goodreads! I've probably entered a hundred giveaways on there and have never won anything, until now. This book has definitely been hyped up all over the internet so I'm really eager to start reading this.

So what is on your TBR for this month? Let me know!

Happy Thursday!

  1. Endurance!!! I am so glad to see that on your TBR. It was an amazing book, particularly in how it exposes all the harsh realities of space and how it really works. Loved that book! And I also loved The Girl in the Tower :) hope you enjoy that one. I've also heard good things about Hunger. You have good tastes :) (and a pretty blog!)
My TBR is a little bit cramped as well, cause I'm trying to read my fantasy ARCs for our ARC catch up group #ARCsAnonymous, then I'm also doing two buddy reads, and there are some other books I put on the list (for whatever reason??)... But the good thing is that I'm at least halfway through with it by now :)

    1. I'm not a huge nonfiction reader but I read an excerpt on bookish first and I just had to request it (and luckily won!) and I've had to trim this month's tbr down because my previous tbr just overwhelmed me and I ended up reading like, one or two books from it.

And thank you <3 your blog is fantastic as well!
